Students working in the training office

The customer service sector has a wide range of career prospects. The course provides the opportunity to gain basic and intermediate customer service skills and the knowledge needed for a career in customer service, or any job that involves dealing with customers.

The students work towards industry recognised qualifications, as well as in-house certificates for those who require a more basic approach to working with the public. The students work in the College office as well as attending work experience to enable them to transfer their skills to real situations, this helps to gain evidence towards their NVQ.
