Meet the Team

Hi I’m Tina and I have worked for the Trust for over 5 years and worked in the Welfare to Work Industry for 15 years.

I love the saying “one person’s trash is another’s treasure” as I enjoy transforming old things into new reusable items. I am very community minded and invested a lot of time volunteering in my local area providing activities for 4 to 18 year olds and employability/training for adults and was a District Councillor from 2010 – 2015.

Neil Keeton

Hi I’m Neil; I have worked for the Trust for over 5 years liaising with employers and supporting clients but worked in the Welfare to Work Industry for over 10 years.

I’m into most sports especially Football (for my sins Chesterfield is my team) and hold a season ticket as I have done since 1980. I gained a Level 1 in FA Coaching in Football and ran my local children’s football team for 5 years.  I enjoy DIY, especially since I have completed a garage conversion, and fine weather gardening.

Hi my name is Julie Orrill and I am the new administrator for Aspire to Be.
I have worked in various Admin roles since leaving school, it's a career I have always really enjoyed doing.
I am a very supportive person inside and outside of work - people say I am like a magnet.
I love travelling and topping up my tan, and for my sins enjoy my soaps, especially Coronation Street and also enjoy watching real life documentaries and binge-watching programmes on Netflix.

Hi, I am Andrea. With over 20 years of diverse professional experience and a background in linguistics, I am deeply committed to the power of education and its ability to enhance lives and communities. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a desire to make a positive contribution to wellbeing of others.

Creativity and curiosity have always guided me. I enjoy floristry, gardening, sports, and spending time in nature, which has inspired my growing interest in plants and the natural world. In recent years, I have become more aware of how closely nature, wellbeing, and personal growth are connected, and I try to bring these values into my everyday life.

Work Coach
Hi, I am Jo and I have worked for the Trust since June 2024. First, as an Instructor/Work Coach and now taken on the role of  Lead Instructor/Work Coach.

My main passion is travelling, I have been lucky enough to have visited most European Cities, I still have a few more on my wish list.

I have enjoyed a fulfilling and varied career working across the sectors, these include teaching at Doncaster College, working for a homelessness charity in Sheffield and looking after Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers.

I am an armchair Newcastle United Supporter after living in the 'Toon' for many years after going to University there.  A highlight for me was being there to celebrate the Carabao Cup Parade.
