Sharing and Caring
We do much more than educate and support the children and young people who come to us. As a part of the Doncaster Community, many of our facilities are opened up for use by local charitable and community groups. Autism Plus, for example, use our sporting facilities; the guides and scouts use our swimming pool, Doncaster Community Foundation uses our facilities and our accommodation for over 200 16 & 17 year olds who take part in the National Citizenship Youth Programme and the Doncaster Lions use our accommodation for international exchange students.
Hands Across Europe
We're involved in five different European projects and we often play host to large numbers of our European friends from 15 different countries, all of whom work within organisations like ours, helping their own deaf disabled students in their own countries.
