Employability Employability Support The DWP Specialist Employability Support (SES) programme offers specialist support to disabled people with complex or multiple barriers preventing them from finding work. The scheme forges better links with Work Choice and Work Programme providers as well as specialist voluntary organisations in order to deliver an improved service. Doncaster Deaf Trust is the prime deliverer of the SES programme for people with a Hearing Impairment. We offer national delivery through a network of specialist staff and partners focusing on those people who need the most support to enter work or undertake work related activities. How SES can help Employers Case Studies Specialist Referral Organisations SES Partners Employers we work with Employability Updates Specialist Referral Organisations If you are a Local Authority, a local Education Authority, part of the NHS, a Clinical Commissioning Group or a Charity or not for profit organisation with recognised expertise in disability issues and would like to be involved with SES, it may be possible for you to become an SRO. Statutory Referral Organisations are able to make direct referrals to the programme and, because your relationship is with us, it’s quicker, easier, involves hardly any admin or red-tape and so has clear benefits for your customers.
