EmployabilityEmployability Support Specialist Employability Support (SES) is a Government funded programme, designed specifically to help and support people with disabilities, into work. Doncaster Deaf Trust is the Hearing and Communication specialist for SES, along with our partners, Action on Hearing Loss Wales and Scotland. We provide practical help and support including training and employment skills nationally. Wherever you are in England, Scotland or Wales, if you have hearing loss, a hearing impairment, or if your hearing loss is part of broader disabilities, like Asperger's Syndrome or Autism and you want to work full/part time hours we can help. How SES can help Employers Case Studies Specialist Referral Organisations SES Partners Employers we work with Employability Updates Specialist Referral Organisations If you are a Local Authority, a local Education Authority, part of the NHS, a Clinical Commissioning Group or a Charity or not for profit organisation with recognised expertise in disability issues and would like to be involved with SES, it may be possible for you to become an SRO. Statutory Referral Organisations are able to make direct referrals to the programme and, because your relationship is with us, it’s quicker, easier, involves hardly any admin or red-tape and so has clear benefits for your customers.
