At Key Stage 3 pupils learn about the beliefs and practices of six world religions: Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism and Sikhism. We also study atheist and agnostic viewpoints to ensure that pupils think about differing opinions. There is an emphasis on visual and kinaesthetic learning to meet all learning styles and needs.  Pupils are encouraged to discuss their opinions and beliefs and to develop empathy for others. All pupils continue their study of Religious Education into Key Stage 4 where a range of qualifications are offered including AQA Unit Awards and both short course and full course GCSE.
