We work with a large number of employers; from small local businesses to large national and even multi-national companies. Many employers have told us about their worries and concerns when employing people with disabilities and so we have put into a place a range of advice and support measures to assist our students and clients and employers for their mutual benefit.

For students and adult clients: we provide translation services at interview, travel costs, give advice about childcare, assist with the change from benefits to a salary with people like the local council and housing associations and we provide an ongoing mentoring and advocacy service for as long as you need it.

For Employers: We provide a translation service, will arrange deaf awareness training for your staff, can arrange sign-language training for staff, will provide advice on any work-place adjustments you might need to make (changing to a visual fire alarm system for example) as well as Disability Compliance legislation and advice on the best places to purchase any additional equipment (e.g. ergonomic keyboards, support chairs etc).
