EmployabilityEmployability Support Specialist Employability Support (SES) is a Government funded programme, designed specifically to help and support people with disabilities, into work. Doncaster Deaf Trust is the Hearing and Communication specialist for SES, along with our partners, Action on Hearing Loss Wales and Scotland. We provide practical help and support including training and employment skills nationally. Wherever you are in England, Scotland or Wales, if you have hearing loss, a hearing impairment, or if your hearing loss is part of broader disabilities, like Asperger's Syndrome or Autism and you want to work full/part time hours we can help.
