We are proud of our long history and achievements. We provide a pupil-centered approach to education from the earliest years up to the age of 19. All pupils have an Education and Health Care Plan. Although we are based in Doncaster, we are a national resource and pupils come to us via local authorities from all over the UK. Pupils can gain vocational experience through making good use of our unique links with Doncaster Communication Specialist College, a leading provider of post-16 education and training for Deaf people and those with additional communication or complex needs. The College is situated on the same grounds as the School and has extensive and well-equipped teaching rooms, modern specialist workshops and residential buildings.
