Ability Counts League - League fixtures scheduled for The Keepmoat Stadium one week, Oakwell the next; Sheffield Wednesday versus Rotherham, Doncaster against Barnsley.

This isn’t the Football League; this is the Sheffield & Hallamshire Ability Counts League which completed the second month of the 2009/2010 season at the end of November.

For the new season the Ability Counts League, which provides a pan-disability football fixture programme for a range of football ability levels, has undergone a significant overhaul.

Following a directive from The FA, the League has changed from being Yorkshire-wide to having a remit to focus more specifically on the Sheffield & Hallamshire region as other County FA`s also look to establish their own Ability Counts leagues.

This prompted a decision to move from the traditional home and away fixture programme to instead run the League from four venues that host fixtures each Sunday on a rotational basis.
